Only snorkeling is available with whale swimming as they are not to fond of scuba divers and they are sensitive creatures.

Chance to swim with whales

One of the highlights of our tour is the opportunity to swim with humpback whales. Our experienced crew carefully observes the whales and chooses the best moment to enter the water while always respecting their behavior.

As these are wild animals, every encounter is unique. There may be times when whales are not comfortable with people entering the water, and in such cases we prioritize their safety and well-being.

However, many of our tours provide wonderful opportunities to swim with these magnificent creatures, creating truly unforgettable experiences.

Precautions

As we are dealing with wild whales in their natural environment, encounters cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we are unable to offer any discounts or refunds in cases such as not finding whales, finding whales but not being able to enter the water, or entering the water but not being able to swim with them.

Please understand that the safety and well-being of the whales is always our top priority. Our crew will carefully assess the whalesʼ behavior and sea conditions before allowing guests to enter the water.

Before confirming your booking, we will send you several important notices and documents by email. Please make sure to carefully read and confirm all of them.

If these documents are not confirmed by the specified date before departure, we may unfortunately be unable to allow you to board the boat.

Cancellation policy

You are not allowed to join the tour if any of the following applies to you: medical concerns, body temperature over 37.5℃, hangover, lack of sleep, or cancellation due to personal reasons, including any COVID-19 related situations. In such cases, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation policy

・Once your booking is confirmed: : 50%
・1 month before ( 30 days) : 80%
・14 days to 3 days before that day : 100％

Please note that flight cancellations, flight delays, or any other transportation issues are considered personal reasons, and the cancellation policy above will apply.

No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to our decision or unsafe sea conditions.

If you would like to change your tour or the date, please let us know as soon as possible.
