Precautions

We will send you some important notice attachments by email before you make booking with us, please check all.

We may be unable to give you permission to board the boat if you don’t confirm notice of the attachments by the date of the departure.

Cancellation policy

You are not allowed to join the tour if that below applies to you Medical-check, body temp check (over 37.5℃), hangover, not getting enough sleep and cancel due to customer’s convenience. And any Covid-19 situations.

We will charge cancellation fee.

・1 month before ( 30 days) : 50%
・14 days to 3 days before that day : 80％
・2 days before to that day : 100%

We will not charge cancellation fee if canceled due to our decision or bed sea conditions. ( the final decision on sea condition will be made the day before)
