CANCEL POLICY

You are not allowed to join the tour if that below applies to you. Medical check, body temp check (over 37.5℃), hangover, not getting enough sleep and cancellation due to customer’s convenience. And any Covid 19 situations. We will charge cancellation fee.

・1 month before ( 30 days) : 50%
・14 days to 3 days before that day : 80％
・2 days before to that day : 100%

We will not charge cancellation fee if canceled due to our decision or bed sea condition.

If you want to change your tour or date, please let us know as soon as possible.
