CANCEL POLICY
You are not allowed to join the tour if any of the following applies to you: medical concerns, body temperature over 37.5℃, hangover, lack of sleep, or if you cancel due to personal reasons, including any COVID-19 related situations. In such cases, a cancellation fee will apply.
・1 month before ( 30 days) : 50%
・14 days to 3 days before that day : 80％(100% during Japanese holidayseasons)
・2 days before to that day : 100%
Please note that flight cancellations, flight delays, or any other transportation issues are also considered personal reasons, and the cancellation policy above will apply.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to our decision or unsafe sea conditions.
